Bob and Ann joined FMCA in 1996. They are members of four chapters: the Midwest Good-Timers, Dave & Daphne Fan Club, Midwest Area Roamin' Catholics, and American Coach Chapter of FMCA. Bob has served as alternate national director, national director, and president of the Midwest Good-Timers.
For the Midwest Area Cooperative (MAC), Bob chaired the creation of the rally booklet for the 2009, 2010, and 2012 Midwest Area rallies. From 2009 to 2011 he served as a vice president in the MAC and was the rally master for the Midwest Area Rally in 2009 and 2010. From 2006 to 2009 he served on the MAC Nominating Committee, including as committee chairman in 2008 and 2009.
Bob has volunteered at FMCA international conventions as well, including serving as a seminar captain at the 2008 convention in St. Paul, Minnesota. He served on the FMCA Nominating Committee from February to August 2011. He served on the Convention Committee for 2011-2012 and currently serves on the Risk Management Committee.
Bob owns AAA Pump and Well Service, a family-run business now in its 31st year. He is an Illinois licensed water well pump installer and has 49 years of experience in servicing and installing commercial and residential well pumps.
Bob also was employed as a paramedic. He worked for Superior Ambulance Service in Elmhurst, Illinois, and for 15 years served as a volunteer for the McHenry Area Rescue Squad in Illinois. He and Ann live in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
